Brief Answer:
maybe viral, peak usually day 3 to 5, then plateau, then improve

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Chills normally indicate an underlying or developing fever because they normally occur because the body is trying to 'reset' its temperature due to the infection present.
If the fever is not present at the moment, it may be developing.

Treatment of chills would involve the use of the tylenol and/or advil at regular intervals along with cool liquids, dressing coolly.
The tylenol can be used every 4 to 6 hours and the advil typically every 8 though this can be decreased the 6 if needed.
This should be done for 24 to 48 hours, taking the dose as recommended even if the temperature drops.

Muscle aches and pain can occur with viral infection, they are common symptoms. The tylenol and advil should help with these.

The blood pressure is fine, hypotension (low blood pressure) is usually a BP of 90/60 or less though this blood pressure reading may be lower than your norm.
Using increased fluids would help to elevate the blood pressure

Typically symptoms can continue for 1 to 2 weeks, you would need to monitor for additional symptoms developing that may need treatment.

In most persons, the symptoms reach their peak by day 3 to 5 then continue on a plateau for a few days, then start to improve

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
