No correlation between HIV and symptoms. Relax.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome again and thanks for your swift response.
Let me again reassure you that you don't have HIV or AIDS.
Even if we consider that seven years back you have had intercourse where the condom might have slipped or taken off then also there is no possibility of HIV.
It is due to the fact that your test result shows your negative status. It takes only maximum of three months to show positive results in case if someone is suffering from HIV.
Once the test is positive then remains positive throughout life. Even in an advanced case of AIDS where the immunity and lymphatic system is suppressed then also the test is positive.
So there is no correlation of low lymph with HIV and interpreting as the cause of negative result in yourself.
Had you been within 3 months of unprotected sex then would have considered for other testing option. But at his juncture you don't require any tests related to HIV.
A negative result at this time is the best indication of your clear status regarding HIV.
There are so many reasons of low lymph and the other of symptoms apart from HIV.
I reassure you fully that there is no correlation between your symptoms and HIV.
I hope these informations will relax your mind. I will be glad to answer any further queries.

If I scratch my body in areas you could see the blood spots forming under the skin just from a scratch. My doctor checked my ppt and came back normal. I'm also sending you some more pics please check.
I am reassuring you fully for your clear status.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
I can understand all your concern and have interpreted each and eery point with best clinical acumen.
It is on the basis of my medical knowledge as well as the clinical knowledge that I am reassuring you fully for your clear status. I have analyzed the pictures. The pictures are totally fine and so not show any rash related to HIV.
In any of advanced AIDS status the antibodies are always present. This is the most reliable test for HIV. Even then let me guide you certain points regarding HIV:
In an unprotected intercourse with a HIV positive person the HIV viruses gets entered into the body and divides in innumerous numbers(millions of viruses per ml).
After a period of 2-6 week there is mounting of antibodies against the viruses. These antibodies can take at the maximum of 8-10 weeks of the period to get expressed.
There fore the infection can be analyzed by two ways -
A): By HIV virus detection: done by RNA- PCR. It tells us the number of copies of virus present in per ml of blood. By the latest of methods the viruses can be detected within 2 weeks of period.
B): By HIV antibody Detection: As told earlier once the antibodies appear maximum of 8-10 weeks then these antibodies to HIV virus persist throughout life. The protocol of the antibody tests done for HIV is as follows: One HIV antibody test at 6-8 weeks and then a follow up final test at 3 months (84 days or 12 weeks).
Antibodies once formed to HIV can never disappear. So if a person has HIV infection, 3 months of period is the time when we say to be fully sure of whether HIV is present or not.
Now correlating all the facts and interpreting with your situation you can get that you have had protected intercourse and that too 7 years back. It is enough of time to test the HIV status.
As I said there are so many of the reason of low lymph other than HIV. If at all you are so much worried then I suggest you to go for RNA PCR test. It detects the direct presence of virus and is not dependent of antibody status.
In my experience it would be coming negative but will give you complete ease of mind regarding HIV and AIDS.
I hope these informations will relax your mind. I will be glad to answer any further queries.
