What Causes Chronic Diarrhea, Weight Loss And Red Dots On Body After Sexual Encounter?
Question: 7 years ago would have been the time ocurense. This year around May I started getting diarehea chronic I have lost 20 pounds in 6 months. I went to doctors in Sept got physical showed nothing all blood work good except anemia slight. Then in November I was still getting diarehea went to hospital they did blood work again everything looks good except low potassium. But my lymph had gone down from 29 to 20.5 since September. So I went to to clinic got hiv rapid test showed negative. Then went back to family dr and had her also run hiv test and came back negative. Since then I have petechia little red dots on my body then a red circle on my nose at the tip. I also have a purple mark on skin near nose. I'm freaking out is it aids?
Also now my lymph is at 16.5 per doc overall 1.7. Tested last week.

It was in 2007 he wore a condom as long as remember but not sure. I made him but he could have ripped it or taken it off. My doctor ran hiv test last week through lab corp was negative also did rapid test last month at clinic was negative. But Im getting all these symptoms now and on my face and night sweats and chills and having severe anxiety. Have not had sex since then 2007.

Doctor he could have taken it off as far as I know or ripped it or slipped out. What about my lymph keep going down? They say when your immune system is so compromised it could effect your antibody results to show negative esp if you have advanced to aids or late stage hiv? As I have a lot of symptoms. I'm so scared. I also get these white spots on my tongue that come and go daily. A black color on one of my tooth that is a little on the gum as well also gums bleeding easily and some teeth residing. Also a spot on the hard palate on the roof of my mouth, which my dr looked at said looks normal ugh. Please respond fast nervous.

Doctor thank you for your responses in a timely manner, appreciate it. Doctor I'm still concerned as reading online that your immune system could be so suppressed because of being in the late stages of hiv/aides that you no longer will show the antibodies in your system as you will test negative? It was a hiv1/hiv2 test that was done through lab corp through my family doctorlast week is that good enough? Im so scared, as to all my symptoms. I have also read that a low lymph count could be a factor in hiv/aids?
Doctor these are the red spots I have on my body looks like a small cut in skin blood under the skin never was cut or anything the one next to it looks like petechiea, as I have lots of them on my body. If I scratch my body in areas you could see the blood spots forming under the skin just from a scratch. My doctor checked my ppt and came back normal.
