What Causes Chronic Involuntary Movements In Neck And Shoulders?

Question: I have chronic involuntary movements in my neck and shoulders. I run a fever 99-100 every day. I have one kidney. Removed as a child in 1973. I was diagnosed with Epstein Barr in 1991. I have mild skolyosis (spelling). The involuntary movements start when I wake up and by the end of the day I am warn out and in excruciating pain. My legs and arms go numb sometimes. Sometimes I have difficulty walking, I stutter sometimes, I'm losing my long term and short term memory. I need assistance getting up if I am sitting on the floor. What type of tests and specialists should I see? I have a video but I can't download it on my iPad.
