Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have chronic pain in groin with discomfort in Lt Testicle .
Your symptoms are likely to be due to Chronic Prostatitis.
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Has any Urologist whom you consulted did prostatic massage and sent the urethral discharge (after massage)for swab test and culture? if yes what is the report ?
2) Do you have urinary symptoms apart from pain in groin and testicle ?
3) Have you done ultrasound scanning of scrotum to rule out Varicocele?
4) Have you done Urine and Semen culture before ?
5) Do you have pain in perineum or around anus ?
I do understand and feel very sorry for the discomfort that you are going through for last 6 years .
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and Digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done again to move ahead in positive direction to establish cause of your problems.
1) Urine Culture and semen Culture
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and scrotum
3) Swab test and culture of urethral discharge obtained after prostatic massage .
In the mean while start taking antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac and urinary antiseptic like Notrofurantoin twice daily.Switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you

1)No, none of the urologist I have visited so far requested from me such a test!
2) By sometimes me after urination, leakage of small amounts of urine happens
3) No,I didn’t have such a test
4) Yes, I have done in April a Urine and Semen culture fort the first time. I have this test result in Turkish. If you wish I can forward it to you. I sent this test result to a Turkish urologist, who was living in another town but he didn’t tell me his opinion about the test result?!
5) Yes, occasionally I have pains in the perineum and around anus.
You are suggesting to me the basic 3 tests to be done again in order to be able to determine what my problems exactly underlie! I have the Urine and Semen Culture from 7 months ago. The other two test are missing. I am living in a small town and there aren’t so much qualified urologist here. I have been in İstanbul to a professor for urology (years ago) and he said to me there is no cure for this and I have to learn to live with it until the rest of my life. He prescribed me by that time Ciprofloxacin, which I took for the certain time but honestly it didn’t help me very much. He was the only one of the urologist I have consulted, said that I have Prostatitis. The others didn’t say something about the Prostatitis! Another professor for urology in Istanbul said that my problems are related to PNE! So I became quite confused after.
So, I am personally a little bit skeptical about the antibiotics from my readings in the forums about prostate related diseases. If I knew that antibiotics would help me to get rid of my pains and symptoms of course I would no doubt to take them but little success story I think.
Thank your time and efforts. I appreciate it very much.
Please repeat following tests .
