Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

After going through your query I concluded that you are having chronic backache. Treatment of it is analgesic and back exercises. You are talking Tramadol but being a prescription drug you need prescribed by a doctor. You can not afford his fees. So you can take over the counter analgesic such as ibuprofen (Advil) And acetaminophen (Tylenol) separately or combined in place of Tramadol.

Vitamin D3 deficiency is important cause of backache, so you can get your vitamin D3 level and if its low then its supplements can be taken which may decrease your backache and your analgesic requirements may become less. It may be cured completely. You can also take calcium and multivitamin supplements available over the counter to strengthen your back and reduce back pain. You can discuss with your Doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to me. I will be happy to help.

Wishing you a good health.

Take care.

Thankyou for your reply.
I enjoy long walks at the park. I take a mens multi vitamin every day. I do my stretches in the morning. I do believe that this is the reson my back is not worse than it is.I also have a phisical done with bloodwork done once a year. I am sure my health is not the issue here. My back bothers me the most at night when i sleep, in the mornings when i get up and after sitting at work all day. i have changed matresses, and sleep with pillows in between my legs.i have been taking trmadol for 2 years now.Tramadol use to not be a narcotic class drug but now it is. all i know is that when i take it i am just about pain free. i dont want anything illegal here. i just want to know if you can help me legaly to continue on this path and i can save some money by not having to visit my dr. every month for this condition?

i just wanted to add to the last email that my doseage is 1 50mg in the morning and 1 50 mg. at night before bedtime.

thank
you
