What Causes Chronic Pain Under Breast?

Question: Hi,

I am 32 years old and very active and healthy. I got up the other morning and I had a pain under my right breast that restricted me from stretching to get my seat belt or twisting round when reversing the car. It also hurts in the breat area when I lean forward - but if I stay still the pain will go. I have do my bloody pressure and all is normal - but it just panicked me as I have never had a pain that has restricted my like that. I woke up this morning and it is much better but the pain is still there. What could this be and do I need to go to the doctors ?

According to your history it is appearing like a muscle sprain causing the pain. This will be releaved by pain killer with muscle relaxant. These are prescription drugs.

But since you have crossed 30years I suggest you to consult your doctor and get ECG to rule out heart problem. Don't worry, heart problems are less likely at this age and on right side. But sometimes heart conditions produce right sided pain. This ECG is just for safer approach.
