What Causes Circular Growths Forming On Right Arm?

Epidermal Nevus;Provide more information+Images
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have looked at the pictures.
I would keep a primary possibility of Inflammatory Linear Verrucous Epidermal Nevus (ILVEN). Its an epidermal nevus.
I could see that are numerous, discrete, rough(warty lesions), raised papules arranged in a linear pattern extending up the upper arm.
The one spot on the forearm, looks to me as of it is a little inflammed/infected (probably secondary to itching/scratching). For that, I would suggest you to take a course of an oral antibiotic e.g Amoxycillin 500mg, three times/day for a week and apply an OTC topical antibacterial ointment e.g 2% mupirocin ointment, twice daily.
-Are they just 1 year old?
-Are the lesions on the left arm too arranged in a Linear pattern?Kindly upload images.
-Any history of some of these lesions self-resolving, while new ones appear?
-Can you upload a few more clear digital pictures including close ups?
Treatment of ILVEN is by:
-CO2 Laser vaporization Or Electrocautery Or Radiofrequency cautery.
-Oral retinoids are also prescribed for Epidermal Nevus.
