What Causes Clear Discharge After Urination?
Question: Twice within the last 3 weeks I've had a sticky, clear discharge after urination. I had unprotected sex with someone about 3 months ago. No other symptoms.

Sticky clear discharge not necessarily due to infectious cause. It could be due to physiological reasons like long abstinence from sex or could be due to constipation prostatic discharge might appear like that.
Infectious cause Gonorrhea would appear with pus like discharge and with severe burning sensation. As you had clear discharge and not mentioned about burning sensation, it could be ruled out and more over it would appear within a weeks time after high risk activity not wait till 3 months.
Chlamydia urethritis has to be ruled out. If the discharge examined under microscope or the urine examination reveals the presence of WBCs (pus cells) more than 5 per field, then it could be due infectious cause. Further test would confirm Chlamydia and treatment to be given accordingly. Get well soon.
