What Causes Clear Water Discharge From Left Outer Ear?

Question: For 3 months I have awaken in the morning with water just inside my left outer ear. It has nothing to do with getting water in my ears. After I take a shower and get on with my day, the "water" dries up and is present
only the next morning. In addition I feel a weird numbness in the general area, and I feel this is all causing this "malaise" that I've had for 7 or 8 months. I had an ENT doctor clear wax out of my ear, and said he couldn't see anything wrong. I've had the GP at Public Health examine my ear canal to say everything looked fine 2 months after the ENT appt. He gave me some "neopoly drops" but that didn't help, and that DOES NOTHING TO ADDRESS the fact that it is only in the morning when I wake up. Would it be helpful for me to get full head x-rays, blood tests, etc. I can't go on like this with doctors saying "good luck" then getting payed. "Everything looks fine, I can't explain it, so good luck with that" IS NOT a professional response and I can't believe that an ENT doctor, who specializes in this can't help me. In the morning, my ear is literally squishy and wet, I use my pinky finger to enter the outer ear canal(obviously, not IN the canal)
and my finger tip wet with clear water. During the day and evening, my entire ear and canal is dry. In the morning, the gushy water is back along with numbness around the ear.

Brief Answer:
Full head x ray and blood test not helpful
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; and for your kind information in your condition full head x ray and blood test would not helpful. If your GP and ENT specialist have same opinion after examining your ear and after that you want to rule out any disease then better to go for otomicroscopy ( examination of the ear undermicroscope ) or oto endoscopy ( examination of the ear by oto endoscope ) and send me the snap of your external auditory canal and tympanic membrane.
Thanks
Wish you good health
