Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query.

The clogged feeling in your ear can be as a result of the trauma (barotrauma).Due to the trauma,a shock wave hits the ear drum and it doesn't function properly. In this case it will return to normality after few days to 1 week.
If you had a blood leakage from your ear and your hearing is reduced ,it is possible that your suffered a ear drum perforation. If this perforation is small ,it will heal spontaneously in few weeks.
I would suggest to keep the ear dry, protect it from water and wait few days.If your hearing doesn't improve you may need to see a physician to examine your ear.

Hope it helps.
Please feel free to ask for every question you might have.

Take care.
