It seems that you are having viral warts.
These are infectious and spread very fast. These Re communicable and can be transmitted from one person to another.
The various treatment modalities available include removal of the warts by Radiofrequency, electrocautery, cryosurgery, laser or chemical cauterisation using Trichloroacetic acid or potassium hydroxide or phenol.
You should visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription.
