What Causes Cluster Of Blisters On The Skin?

Question: hi, the skin questions I have are on my back. I very overweight, obese in medical terms. to get these pictures I had to reach behind me that is why they might not exactly look like it is my back. I am concerned about the white patch of skin and also the large cluster of what I think is freckles. this area is not bothersome or itch at all. what do you think it is?

Hi,

I understand your concern.
I have gone through the photos you provided and can say as following:
- the white patch: if you did not have it before and if it does not itch, then could be due to vitiligo. It's not serious, but should get proper treatment in order to prevent enlargement. Treatment consist of topical steroids and repigmentation topical cream. Dermatologist to consult first.

- with regards to large cluster, it seemed a variation of local blood vessels and skin coloration. However, I admit that the quality of the picture was not as good as it should to distinguish details.
