What Causes Cluster Of Bumps On Shaft Of Penis?

Question: I seem to have on one side of the shaft a localised collection of bumps. around 50 or so in a small area. They are slightly darker than skin colour and slightly dry. No white tips or puss or spots as such. Just raised bumps next to and almost on top of each other and all quite small. If I stretch the skin they almost look like moles.
They have been there 3 weeks now and no changes. No pain no irritation. I'm 36 years old. I believe they appeared after an over masturbated session and I applied some sensitive skin moisturizer to help heal quicker... A few days later the lumps appeared and have not gone away...

Hi,
Ive uploaded jpg to the reports button. Hope you can see ok. I believe the last time had sex was maybe 6 weeks before this appear. I have had no sex since due to being concerned. I believe the moisturiser i used when the skin was weeping due to an excessive masturbation day was a vaseline intensive care with aloe vera extract.

Brief Answer:
Look like penile warts take proper management..
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX,
I had gone through provided images, from the images it appears like a genital warts.
Incubation period for the wart is three weeks to three month, so even if you had sex six weeks before there is a possibility of the HPV(Human Papilloma Virus) warts.
There are various treatment options available. But visiting the nearby doctor will help decide which approach to take. There is need for physical and clinical condition evaluation to help decide management options.
I am mentioning the various modality for the treatment below, please visit the doctor before starting the therapy.
Both partner should be tested for and treated for complete remission.
Kindly screen you and your partner for other STDs.
Use condom for intercourse, wear condom for three months even after disappearance of the lesion.
Wear loose undergarments.
Pregnancy should be avoided during treatment period.
1) Cryotherapy
2) Imiquimod 5% cream
3) Podophyllotoxin and Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA)
4) Topical Photo-dynamic Therapy
I will be happy to answer your query, Kindly come up with or you can ask me on bit.ly/DrArun.
