Hi, There are few sexually transmitted disease which can cause these kind of white bumps on the genital areas. These include genital warts which can be caused by human papilloma virus, molluscum contagiosum etc. There are some physiological conditions as well like fordyce cysts which are enlarged ectopic sebaceous glands in the mucosa and present as genital lumps. If these are caused by genital warts, treatment options would be cryoptherapy or medications like Podophyllotoxin, imiquimod etc which should be used only after proper physical examination by a dermatologist.
