Give her some decongestant with anti allergic
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for asking on this platform
Cold with swelling around eyes can be due to allergy. Giving combination of antiallergic(chlorpheniramine) with decongestant like phenylephrine/pseudoephedrine will help.
Its available as maxtra or timinic syrup.
For this age 5 ml of syrup twice a day for 4-5 days is needed.
For constipation polyethylene glycol powder which is a laxative with very minimal side effects helps. The dose is 0.75 gm/kg/day and in most of the cases symptoms subside within 4-5 days.
Please get it prescribed by your doctor. If you notice any worsening in swelling or any other significant problem please contact your physician immediately.
