Brief Answer:
See the doctor immediately

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

See the doctor immediately, get ECG done. We need to rule out heart issues first. Similar symptoms can occur in gastritis as well but get ECG done first.

If you have Sorbitrate or nitrate at home have it sublingually. Also, if have aspirin then chew it 325 mg, clopidogrel 300 mg and Atorvastatin 80 mg once if available. Also, consume if some antacid is available like tab Pantoprazole or Ranitidine. Don't get panic, stay calm and visit hospital. We can discuss things in detail after ECG is done.

Hope this helps you.
