Brief Answer:
this could be due to hypothyroid condition

Detailed Answer:
Hello Greetings

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. You should be worried but not too much.

Looking at your history this could be due to hypothyroid condition which affects your Basal Metabolic Rate, other than thyroid High BP, Bad Cholesterol and depression can be kept under check with medicines and life style modifications

I see similar cases amongst this age group ladies who visit my clinic. At the outset,i would advise you to continue your medicines as advised by your physician for Depression High BP and cholesterol

make an appointment with your doctor for thyroid tests and ask for adjustment of doses of thyroid drugs

i will advise you here certain life style modifications like

High fibre diet, green leafy vegetables, fruit.
Cut down the processed food. White bread, doughnuts, white sugar, pizza should be completely avoided.
A 40 minute physical activity every day like morning walk, evening walk or a visit to the gym or swimming pool.
