What Causes Cold, Sore Throat And Mild Fever After Oral Sex?
Question: Here is my main query:
1) I am a single male of 37 years. I am based in XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
2) I had unprotected oral sex around 10th july.
3) From 12th july I had cold, sore throat and very mild fever with body aches that lasted almost a week.
4) 3-4 days after that , I noticed an infection of crab lice and then applied 1% permethrin lice killing lotion and the lice seem to have gone.
5) Now I am still getting minor itching occasionally in the gential area. I am yet to go for any testing.
6) I am attaching pictures of my genital area where I think there are some visible signs of infection but not sure..
7) My question: Do these pics look like I have an STD or STI? What tests should I undergo and what kind of doctor should I consult to get this cured.

1) I am seeing some very small almost unnoticeable bumps on my penis. I do not know if they are after or before the exposure. I also cant make out if they are fluid filed because they are very small. But there is no pain or fluid discharge from them.

Looking at your pics this could be related to infection or inflammation of the penis. But since you are not sure whether it has appeared before or after the exposure, the possibility of STI can't be ruled out.
In my opinion it requires physical check up and investigations like blood for CBC, VDRL, Swab culture from any of lesion , serological tests for herpes and urine culture. So I would advise you to visit a veneral disease or skin specialist as earliest to avoid further complications for physical check up and further course of action
