1) I am a single male of 37 years. I am based in XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
2) I had unprotected oral sex around 10th july.
3) From 12th july I had cold, sore throat and very mild fever with body aches that lasted almost a week.
4) 3-4 days after that , I noticed an infection of crab lice and then applied 1% permethrin lice killing lotion and the lice seem to have gone.
5) Now I am still getting minor itching occasionally in the gential area. I am yet to go for any testing.
6) I am attaching pictures of my genital area where I think there are some visible signs of infection but not sure..
7) My question: Do these pics look like I have an STD or STI? What tests should I undergo and what kind of doctor should I consult to get this cured.
Please provide more information and consider these guidelines

Hello
I had gone through your question and photographs you have uploaded and I can understand your concern.
Looking at your description there could be chances of infection of groin or an STI.
Here I would like further informations for better assessment of the condition
Have you ever noticed any fluid filled rashes or bumps on your private parts after the exposure?
Are you having any problem in passing urine?
Are you having any kind of discharge from penis?
Meanwhile you should clean your private parts with an antiseptic soap or solution and keep it moist
You can apply ointment containing broad spectrum antibiotics and antifungal until you visit a doctor.
You should maintain good hygiene
Have plenty do fluids and multivitamin supplements
In my opinion you should consult a veneral disease specialist or dermatologist for physical check up and investigation like VDRL and other serological test .
Hope this answers your question
Please write back to me with all the details I have asked for, so that I will be able to tell you more accurately
Best wishes
1) I am seeing some very small almost unnoticeable bumps on my penis. I do not know if they are after or before the exposure. I also cant make out if they are fluid filed because they are very small. But there is no pain or fluid discharge from them.
2) I don't have any problem passing urine.
3) I don't have any discharge from penis.
You should visit a veneral disease or skin specialist right away for physical check up
Detailed Answer:
Hello
At the outset, you need not be worried. It seems to be a treatable condition and you will be alright very soon.
Looking at your pics this could be related to infection or inflammation of the penis. But since you are not sure whether it has appeared before or after the exposure, the possibility of STI can't be ruled out.
In my opinion it requires physical check up and investigations like blood for CBC, VDRL, Swab culture from any of lesion , serological tests for herpes and urine culture. So I would advise you to visit a veneral disease or skin specialist as earliest to avoid further complications for physical check up and further course of action
