What Causes Cold Sweats, Painful Leg And Arm Spasms After Hemodialysis?

Increasing dry weight
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
It is common to have fall in blood pressure during dialysis. Your issues are not being caused by the fall in blood pressure but because of severe dehydration.
Here is what you should do
1. Increase your dry weight by a kilogram. This will prevent severe dehydration and fatigue during dialysis which is the main reason for the cramps
2. low calcium levels are known in dialysis patients which can also cause fall in blood pressure and cramps . I suggest you to take calcium supplements
3. I usually give patients l- carnitine in patients who get cramps. It helps them a lot. I suggest the same for you
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards
