What Causes Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia?
Question: 7 Years old male child undergone Endoscopy. on admission he was having Severe Iron Deficiency anaemia. The patient is suffering from XXXXXXX since 4-5 months.As per treating doctor pt underwent upper GI endoscopy which showed Stricture in lower oesophagus which is likely a peptic stricture developed due to continuous reflux as a result of Hiatus Hernia. Kindly confirm the exact cause of hiatus hernia in this case.

most hernias are congenjtal (since birth) and no definite cause is available
sometimes hernias can occur after abdominal or cheat surgeries
