Brief Answer:
He can swim with this problem.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.
Conjunctival pigmentation occurs because of congenital causes like nevus, acquired causes like melanosis, exposure to sunlight, following injuries, inflammations....
However no need to be worried as conjunctival pigmentation by itself is not a harmful condition.
He can continue to swim and there is no need to buy special sun glasses for this reason however as a general precaution to prevent over exposure to uv rays present in sunlight he can use sun glasses.
Hope this answers your question and the information is helpful to you.
