Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them. Your symptoms needs further evaluation at a hospital. I would suggest you to get an appointment for a neurologist as your symptoms of short term memory loss & confusion needs evaluation. A neurologist will perform a complete neurological examination along with some investigations like CT head to rule out any pathology. Your symptoms could be stress induced or it can be because of some brain pathology. Meanwhile i would recommend you following things to reduce the severity:
> ibuprofen twice a day.
> Take adequate sleep of at least 7-8 hrs/day
> Go out for a walk in the evening for at least 30-45 mins. It will keep your mind fresh and reduces stress.
> Take lighter meal at night
> Avoid alcohol/smoking (if you do)
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
