It sometimes gets worse in the evenings and nothing seems to take it completely away. The last 2 days though my head has been feeling swollen as if there is too much liquid in my head and when I move my head it feels like water moving around. Ears are not blocked and don t have sinus problems. No swollen glands if lymph nodes and no flu.

Neurologist, Surgical 's  Response
Hello,

Those symptoms may be related to a type of primary headaches known as a tension-type headache.

A primary headache means that there is no underlying cause, but before to be sure for this, an evaluation clinically by a Neurologist is necessary.

Stress, fatigue, etc. are factors that may cause headaches too.

Discuss with your Neurologist for these issues.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
