What Causes Constant Cold Hands?

I take Levothyroxine for low thyroid and atorvastatin for high cholesterol. Otherwise, I take over the counter meds and supplements.
part of it is due to cold weather and part due to your thyroid deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to HealthcareMagic,
Yes part of it is due to the cold weather in Michigan and part due to your thyroid underactivity.
I will suggest an old Grandma's recipe. I know coming from an MD it may sound inappropriate, but it will be more effective than any medication I can suggest and with no side effects.
Take a spoonful of pure castor oil in a small container that can be placed on gas. Add a pinch of pepper powder and a pinch of camphor powder and warm it till pepper and camphor get mixed in well.
Cool it till it is tolerable temperature and massage your hands with it.
It will improve circulation and warm them.
Pepper, turmeric, cloves, and ginger can also be ground with brown sugar/ jaggery(unclarified sugar)--mix well, cook in clarified butter(called ghee ---available in XXXXXXX stores), till it reaches ball consistency. Refrigerate and eat a pea size twice or thrice a day. It will warm you up naturally, improve your immunity and also prevent colds and infections.
Do also check if your thyroid medication's dose is adequate.
Please revert back in case of any further doubts.
Regards.
