Brief Answer:
neurological or inner ear problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to health care magic

I had gone through your question I really appreciate your concern

Looking at your age and medical history I would come up following possibilities
age related vestibular degeneration or labirynthitis (inner ear)
neurological disorder
BPPV
high blood pressure or orthostatic hypingotension

I would like to know does your head spins or surroundings?? Ketogenic diet may produce a mild dizziness but to be on safe side it's better to rule out other conditions

Please make a visit to neurologist for detailed clinical examination and confirmation of diagnosis

meanwhile don't stay alone take precautions while sitting or standing up

I hope you will find my response informative and helpful please feel free to ask for follow up questions
I will be happy to help you

wishing you good health and vitality

peptic ulcer mostly manifest as on and off abdominal pain and acid reflux like heartburn which also fluctuate with food intake

Reactive hypoglycaemia can be corrected with following guidelines
Eat frequently every 2 hours
