Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to health care magic
I had gone through your question I really appreciate your concern
Looking at your age and medical history I would come up following possibilities
age related vestibular degeneration or labirynthitis (inner ear)
neurological disorder
BPPV
high blood pressure or orthostatic hypingotension
I would like to know does your head spins or surroundings?? Ketogenic diet may produce a mild dizziness but to be on safe side it's better to rule out other conditions
Please make a visit to neurologist for detailed clinical examination and confirmation of diagnosis
meanwhile don't stay alone take precautions while sitting or standing up
I hope you will find my response informative and helpful please feel free to ask for follow up questions
I will be happy to help you
wishing you good health and vitality
Regards
