Hi my son is severely disabled and suffers from seizures he also had cronic pancreatic last December with lots of internal bleeding. Hi,

It is true that a ketogenic diet may result in adverse effects, but, pancreatic bleeding is not a common adverse effect.

So, my opinion is that this diet can be started since there are good chances of seizures reduction.

Adverse effects also are milder than those of the antiepileptic drugs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
