Brief Answer:
MRA gives information about blood circulation abnormalities.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
I guess steroid shot was done on your neck ( epidural ), right?
A MRA could give valuable information about cervical and brain blood vessels abnormalities such aneurysms, malformation, dysplasia, dissection, atherosclerosis etc.
If the Doctor thinks that the shot worsened the lightheadedness, he probably refers to accidentally damaged vertebral artery.
If your condition is treatable or not, this will be clear after the MRA results.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
