Brief Answer:
Get painkillers and do exercise.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

Your numbness in fingers may be due to carpal tunnel syndrome and for that you need NSAIDS or painkillers like aceclofenac + serratiopeptidase combination three times a day by prescription. If still not relieved then steroid injection is needed if even then symptoms occured then arthroscopic release of carpal tunnel syndrome is required.

For your second problem you should regular static cervical spine exercises as uploaded on youtube. Same above mentioned medication plus 1 tab . pregabalin at night will cure this problem.

I hope you have got your answer.
