Brief Answer:
Cervical radiculopathy is likely- recommendations

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for asking at HCM.

I carefully read your question and understand your concern.

The symptoms you explain with tingling and numbness speak much of a nerve problem and the most common cause is cervical radiculopathy. This is a situation where the nerves that come out the neck and run down the arms might get impinged and cause the symptoms related to this. It might be impinged from a vertebral disc prolapse or degeneration as the most usual cause.

This in itself is not dangerous but can cause a lot of discomfort. There are some things to be done like physiotherapy that might help you with exercises to release the nerve root from impingement.

Ibuprofen might help with inflammation also and can be tried- take it after food so it does not hurt your stomach.

Gabapentine is good for nerve pains and can be tried also.
Keep your arm hanging out of the bed when you sleep might help release the discomfort. Do not lean on that arm at night so you do not cause more impingement.

If you have other neurologic symptoms that do not limit only in the right arm than other causes should be considered.

I hope this is helpful to you and answers to your questions but please feel free to contact me in case more clarifications are needed related to this.

Kind Regards
