What Causes Constant Pain And Irritation In The Penis?
Question: I'm a XXXX. I feel pain and irritation in the penis when I feel like sex. My marriage has been 2 years. And I am disturb by this problem.

I think that you are having mild balano-posthitis. ( Inflammation of glans penis and fore skin of penis). Possibly due to yeast fungi called as Candida Albicans.
As your wife have itching of genitals and sores due to scratching that she also might have this infection in her genitals (vulvo-vaginitis). You would have acquired this infection from her during sexual contact. Treatment only for you is grossly inadequate. You both have to take treatment simultaneously. It is not difficult to treat. Consult a dermato-venereolgist or a specialist in genito-urinary medicine. He/she will cure you. Abstinence from sex during treatment period is a must.
