Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
I saw the liver function report. Only the bilirubin is slightly out of range and rest of the values are within normal limits. This is not a thing to be worried about. You can just ignore it.
Regarding the other issue I would like to have some more information before I can give my opinion.
1. Is the left lower abdominal discomfort always present or only during specific period?
2. Do you have regular periods?
3. Any white discharge?
4. Painful urination?
5. Do you have normal bowel movements?
6. Anything that worsens or decreases the discomfort?
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Hello Doctor, I was so happy to see the response. Thank for assisting me on this one. My periods are regular except for the month of August last year since that time I am having these issues. I do have the following problems:
1. Yes, I have lower abdominal pain 24/7, all the time and feel restless all the time. All my confidence has gone for not being able to even detect the problem.
2. Yes, there is white discharge
3. I forgot to mention that I had UTI and I still have painful urination and it looks always concentrated.
4. Abnormal Bowel. I don't have it sometimes for two days in a row and it is very tight and painful too.
5. There is nothing that reduces the pain. Only when I keep exercising I feel better by 1%. But if I pick up something heavy or I eat food properly or go out in the sun, the condition gets bad and I get more acne on my face.
All this has spoiled my confidence and I don't even like to stand in public for longer time. I am having my exams going on and this is making it difficult to handle the situation.
Please Please Please Doctor, suggest some solution to get better.

Brief Answer:
UTI/PID/Constipation
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The left lower abdominal pain could be due to constipation.
Take high fiber diet and drink enough fluids.
Take Lactifiber 2 scoops in 250 ml of water at night everyday.
Good physical activity is also important.
You have urinary tract infection (UTI) also. Get an urinalysis also to plan treatment.
Drink cranberry juice and enough fluids.
If the white discharge is always present and is itchy and foul smelling, get an opinion again from the gynecolgist to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
