What Causes Constant Pain In The Abdomen And Back?
Question: For the past week I have had discomfort in my lower back and abdomen area sensitive. I do have hemmeroids and have had some bright red blood after bowel before the pain came on. I'm wondering if it's an internal hemmeroid or fissure? It's causing back pain as well. Can these things consistent pain?

My opinion-
IN the given situation, You seems to be having-IBS -C with hemorrhoids.
Dear,your back and abdominal pain-is from Constipation caused from accompanied proctitis with hemorrhoids.
So unless the constipation is relieved after proper investigations and diagnosis from Surgeon,this pain would be persist.
The accompanied colitis with Constipation causing bloated colon, is leading to abdominal and back pains.
Other causes need to be ruled out- by Consults with General/GI surgeon-as needed.
Do's Suggested-
You need to concentrate on correction of Constipation from hemorrhoids.
For this I would suggest you to urgently Consult and check per anus from GI/General Surgeon.
You may need treatment with antibiotics and Anovate cream to control proctitis causing anal spasm and bloated abdomen with pain in back and abdomen.
Other causes need to be ruled out after proper check up physically and after investigation from Generla/ GI surgeon-- if need be.
