What Causes Constant Pain In The Knee?
Question: Hi
I am suffering from continuous mild pain on my right knee for past few years , it started for winters only but in 2016 I felt it in summers too
I am 5' 9" and weighed around 92 Kg in January 2017 and Joined a Gym to reduce the pressure off my joints I am currently 78 Kg , I try to do treadmill , cycling , cross trainer and free squats in gym with no weight then Pain aggravates a Little but Mild Pain is continuously there , I think some cartilage damage is there to my knee , is there some medication or exercise to repair and rebuild my knee and stop further deterioration of Joints

Usually pain which aggravates in the winters indicate arthritic pain.
You could be having early symptoms of arthritis of knees.
Avoid using treadmill, reduce climbing stairs, kneeling, squatting. You can use static cycling and cross fit. Perform swimming if you know, that's really helpful.
Apply hot packs to the affected regions. Perform Quadriceps muscle strengthening exercises. Eat healthy. Keep fit.
