What Causes Constant Suicidal Thoughts And Hallucinations?

Question: I have a history of attempting suicide and the suicidal thoughts are getting pretty bad tonight... diced up my leg with a blade to try ease them but they wont go away... the voices keep screaming at me to kill myself but do it properly this time... not sure what to do
