Question: i feel tired and drained all the time and have felt this way for a year or so

Do you have any recurrent upper respiratory infections?
Do you have any recurrent diarrhea?
How is your appetite?
Better to go for a blood routine test including ESR , blood sugar, urea , creatinine,serum cholsterol and Urine routine test to rule out any possibility of those.
