What Causes Constant Urge To Urinate And Urinary Infection?
Question: Constant feeling of needing to urinate, some burning sensation, feels like dripping but not. Negative test for XXXXXXX urinary infection. Any ideas? Sexually transmitted or not

I will try to answer your query on the basis of the information you have provided.
The symptoms do sound of Urine infection.
At this juncture, it is difficult to say whether this is a STD.
That can only be tested and decided.
I dont think so because most STDs cause some type of rashes, and you have not mentioned it. But still it cannot be ruled out without further testing.
I think it would be better to test with the follows-
urine routine and micro,
urine culture,
ultrasound of the abdomen with PVR.
Let me know the reports.
As per the reports, medicines may need to be started.
Meanwhile, take plenty of fluids.
Start with syrup Alkasol 2 tsf 3 times a day, in a glass of water every time.
Once you get the reports, let me know, and the further medications including the antibiotics may be initiated accordingly.
If possible, upload the tests done so far.
