It is very important to take ORS.

Thanks for asking on Healthcaremagic.
I am sorry to know about your current condition.
There are two parts of your problems: the vomiting and the respiratory problem.
My suggestions for you would be:
* Take ORS (oral rehydration solution) to replenish the lost fluids and salts. This is very important. Unless this is done adequately, dehydration will occur and you would grow weak.
* The chest pain could involve wretching (forceful vomiting). You need to take antiemetics like meclizine, cyclizine, dimenhydrinate or diphenhydramine to reduce the vomiting (this can be obtained after a prescription by your local physician).
* Take steam inhalation. It will help in reducing the congestion. Water vapor will reach deep inside and would help in diluting the cough and thus would provide relief.
I would encourage you to visit a doctor and to get medical assistance.
Regards
