What Causes Constipation And Stuffed Feces?

Question: Hello. I visited the doctor over a week ago with constipation. I told her only diarrhea will come out and water. she took a xray she said i was stuffed... and she gave me medicine. I've realized now my poop is stuck every time i try to go to the bathroom nothing or little pieces will come out... and my stomach hurts! Should I go to the doctor again? or try to take it out myself?

Doesn't magnesium citrus do the same thing? 5 days ago I took magnesium citrus and it just gave me diarrhea. Would it help if I took magnesium citrus with the enema? & if I decide to take Enema what type of water should I use? Warm or cold? Does it make a difference? Thank you!

Brief Answer: take enema pouch from a chemist Detailed Answer: Hi, You can take Magnesium citrus if it works for you. You can take it along with enema if it doesn't work alone. Take Proctoglysis enema, or lactulose enema. They come in prepacked pouches with a long nozzle. Just cut the tip of the nozzle and insert it and squeeze the pouch, nothing else is needed.
