likely to be due to hyperactive Gastrocolic reflex
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXXXX
It's quite common issue with many young adults: Urge to pass stools after every intake of food. It occurs due to hyperactive Gastrocolic reflex. The colon gets stimulated with every distension of stomach due to intake of food.
In the absence of pain while passing stools and absence of blood in stools there is no cause for concern.
I would suggest you the following
1. Ensure water intake of 2 to 3 liter a day
2. High fiber diet
3. Avoid carbonated and alcoholic beverages
4. Avoid spicy food
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Take care

Hi
Greetings
Apologies for late reply , as was busy with my baby.
I would suggest you the following for constipation
1. Laxative: Lactulose to start with 10 ml twice a day. The dose has to be titrated to maintain the stool consistency soft.
2. Ensure good intake of water: Follow rule of 1.
1 glass of water 1 hour before meals and 1 glass of water 1 hour after every meal, 1 glass of water 1 hour before sleeping and 1 glass of water soon after waking up will ensure sufficient intake of water
3. Avoid constipation causing diet: Containing refined wheat floor
4. To rule out painful anal condition like anal fissure
