What Causes Constipation, Bloating And Back Pain?

Question: I am suffering from constipation, bloating, and severe pains in my back that radiates to both sides. This condition has been ongoing for about a month. The pains in my back were so severe at one time that I couldn't walk upright. Now the pain is primarily in my sides and stomach area. I have had a MRI, CT scan, and X-rays done. The test did not show anything that was causing the pain. The pain medicine helps somewhat but after a couple of hours the pain comes back. I have always had regular daily bowel movements.

i have studied your case and I am sure that it is either a gastric reflux disease or a muscle spasm. But before I advise you any thing, I want to know little detail.
1. Can you describe me nature of the pain?
2. Can you send MRI and CT scan reports to me?
3. Are you having pain at rest or only when doing some work?
