Brief Answer:
needs a health check up

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Based on your description there could be many causes of which these could be more possible
1. Anemia causes racy heart and can cause mild pain.
2. Lead levels need to be checked as this too can present with similar symptoms
3. Gastritis and mild Reflux
I would suggest you to get her checked up to rule out these and others.
In the end everything can be normal and it could just be increased perception.
Wishing your child good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
