Supportive care
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Acid coppery taste in other words metallic taste after meal in throat is attributed to many causes. Commonest is acid reflux and gastric discomfort. Some other possibilities of poor oral hygiene, dehydration, side effect of some medication you might be taking etc. Stay hydrated, take adequate fluids, maintain good oral hygiene, do salt water and garlic water mouth rinses, eat small frequent meals, avoid alcohol, beverages, spices, soda, processed canned foods, chocolates and confectionaries etc. See if it helps. Consult a local GP for further guidance.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
