Brief Answer:
post viral or post infectious cough

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

There is a condition called post viral or post infectious cough. IN post viral cough, the cough that occurred as a result of the common cold or flu persists for up to 8 weeks even though most or all of the other symptoms have resolved.

In your instance you still have some additional symptoms such as dizziness, chills and tingling.

Based on the fact that you are still experiencing quite a few symptoms, it is likely that you have not fully recovered from the flu itself.
If the other symptoms resolve and the cough persists then it would be termed post viral cough which was mentioned previously.

Treatment: Need to continue drinking enough fluids, some of dizziness and abnormal sensations may be due to inadequate fluid intake.

If you are still febrile, consider continuing paracetamol.

Need to still rest where possible

Use antitussives (cough suppressants) to help with the cough.
These are available over the counter.
Honey may also be helpful with your cough

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
