Question: 4 yr kid on asthalin, flohale, singleair, metaspray. 2days since habing cough. tonight 1ce in few minutes wet coughing in sleep. How to give relief?

Sorry to hear your son is not feeling well.
I would advise you to keep his head end elevated while sleeping. Let him sleep either on left side or right side. If he wants to sleep on his back..then keep the head elevated on two pillows or so.Cough is generally more at night because while lying down all the secretions from the nose go down to the throat (post nasal drip) and cause the irritating cough.
After consulting with his doctor give a cough syrup to liquefy the mucous like Mucolite.
During the day, do steam inhalation 3 times a day. Do so very carefully as it is hot steam ...Please be careful while doing it.
Give him warm water to drink at regular intervals.
You can also give him a teaspoon of honey mixed with a pinch of pepper powder.
