The blood appears in my saliva only during urination. After urination I rinsed my mouth and no blood appears. I just noticed last night during urination I spit in the toilet and it came out bloody. It occurs every time during urination. No cough or other symptoms. I am looking for possible causes. not on any medications or no other illness.
in addition I am not feeling any pain or discomfort.

Brief Answer:
Get your oral cavity checked by dentist for any local infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
Thanks for the information.
I feel it is less likely to be related to the urination.
I would suggest you to get your oral cavity checked for any tooth and gum infection by dentist. And an examination by ENT specialist to rule out any injury in throat.
Hope this helps
