What Causes Cracking Sensation In Upper Inner Chest Right Under Collar Bone?

default
Posted on Sat, 2 Aug 2014
Question: Hi....I have been experiencing a popping cracking sensation in upper inner chest right under collar bone/inner shoulder. It only clicks/pops when I do certain arm/shoulder movements. It has been doing this for months and finally is starting to be bothersome. I am only 30 so I don't want to injury it more by not doing something and have major issue in the future. I do lift weights during the week and try not to do certain shoulder workouts that cause it to pop. What should I do? Should I go get X-rays and see a doctor?
