What Causes Cracks On Foreskin Of The Penis After Masturbation?

Question: after masturbation, cracks appeared on my foreskin of Penis. As of Know, i am maintaining proper hygiene and cleaning of penis. This issue has been happening with me from the last 1 years. after candid B, it cures and then come back after some times. even this also happened with me after sex.
The whiteness shown in image is because of Neosporine powder

I have reviewed the attached photograph and looks like you are having candidiasis which is yeast infection.
It is a fungal infection of the skin commonly seen in diabetes or those taking long term antibiotics.
It is also seen in persons whose partners are having vaginal discharge.
In such cases I recommend my patients to apply sertaconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks and take capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily for 1 week.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Please reconsider. I do not have white smudge as occurs in candidiasis. the whiteness in the picture is because of neosporine powder. I have little bit tight foreskin, but this has been happening from the last one year. few years back, this has happened one or two times but from the last one years, it occurs frequently. when is use candid B cream, the cracks become healed. after some time, again cracks occur, in masturbating or even after sex.
I am also using lubricants such as oil or cream to moisturize the skin. occasionally using vwash to clean the penis.

Brief Answer:
Can be due to friction or candidiasis

Detailed Answer:
In one or two pictures newly attached I can see longitudinal scaling and cracks on the fore skin.
It can be due to either friction during sex and masturbation or due to candidiasis.
Since you are having improvement on application of candid B cream it can be candidiasis as it is an antifungal steroid combination cream.
I would recommend you to rule out diabetes and enquire about vaginal discharge from your sexual partner.
