take tab dysmen thrice a day
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX
Thanks for writing.
Many women who are off the pill complain about cramps, painful periods , and bloating sensation.
your ovaries are ovulating again and that causes hormone changes which your body will need time before getting used to it.
Please consider taking tab dysmen thrice a day.
Cap simrose 500 mg twice a day .
Usually this will settle in a a month or two.
Thanks

Dear XXXX
Usually these symptoms are not so severe as you mentioned.
The cramps severe enough that go on for weeks may be due to some other cause.you nay need to do a ultrasound for any uterus fibroids. Some times kidney stones also behave similarly.
Get a urine test done to rule out infection.
Meanwhile take the drugs I mentioned. It will give temporary relief till the testake are done.
Thanks
