What Causes Cramps And Irregular Brown Discharge?

Question: "to be answered by dr XXXXXXX Abraham" hey dr XXXXXXX I go for.my pap smear may 4th I am.currently on my period but for 5 days before the actual bleeding began when I would pee I would wipe and.it.be brown sometimes even.in little brown.clots im in my second day now or regular blood at times it can be light pink yesterday was just a regular flow of red but some dark to this has been happening like this for a few.months I even feel.like im feeling a little pain down there and cramping at times and my folliculities is still present it was clearing up and now its back

here is the current.pics n im still.having brown blood after 2 days of my period guess like toubsaid pap smear will see whats going on probably cancer ect.... who.knows
It just looks awful will this ever go away im just having a real tough time with all of this

It has improved I think.

I have gone through the photos.
The folliculitis has definitely improved.
I can see a clear difference , earlier it was much worse.
I think it will completely go with time.
Just apply Bacitracin or Mupirocin ointment locally.
Also, get those reports and post them when you can.

what could be the reasoning for the abnormal periods and all the brown bleeding just whenever and the bleeding after sex and my skin just feeling clammy n cool and in my legs

Could be hormonal imbalance.

That could be hormonal imbalance.
Also might be small cyst, polyp, fibroid or cervical lesion.
That is why the scan and Pap smear are important.
If they are normal, then this is mild hormonal imbalance, and will get corrected, you can try taking 3 months of oral contraceptive pills to stabilize your hormones.
