Thanks for the reply. He just born and 25 days completed.the gas problem its only today and regarding burps from past 5 days.his doctor have given 2 drops 3d force vitamin d and multi vitamin drops only during morning.he is taking only mother feeding. I feel he might be having stomach ache also since his stomach is little tighten .yesterday night he passed his last motion.

For burping and gas I would advise you to help him by burping out complete air which he might have ducked during breastfeeding
you should hold the baby against your chest so that his chin rests on your shoulder, support with one hand and gently XXXXXXX or rub his back with other hand.
If he doesn't pass motion for 48 hours than you can give a glycerine suppository to facilitate his motion.
Give him exclusive breastfeeding very frequently.

Thank you doctor.this I started regularly but if sometimes his stomach aches is there any drops or any thing to help him?and glycerin supportiser in which form is available in pharmacies?
